Join UMaine Extension Food Preservation staff via Zoom to learn the basic steps of fermenting. You will learn the process of making your own sour pickles through the wonders of fermentation. We will explain the science of fermentation, demonstrate fermenting pickles, and discuss steps to success in this interactive webinar.
