Join Pamela Hargest, UMaine Horticulture Professional, for this hands-on workshop where you will learn about the optimal growing conditions necessary for producing high-quality microgreens indoors as well as the variety of seeds available and their flavor profiles. You’ll plant and take home your own freshly-sown tray of microgreens! (Snow Date: February 1st)
