Maple Syrup Half-Day Workshops Jan. 18, 2020-Springvale

Join experienced sugarmakers for two great workshops in one day!

$10 per workshop, or register for both and pay just $15

9am to 11:30am – Intro to Backyard Sugaring: Maple Syrup 101. This morning workshop will include demonstrations and discussions on all aspects of making maple syrup- the sweetest gift of nature-in your own backyard.

12:30pm to 3pm- Scaling up Your Operation: Sap Collection 201. In the afternoon the focus is on tubing sap collection systems. This workshop is for the small to medium-sized producer looking to scale up their operation.
