Join us for a hands-on microgreen workshop! Microgreens are herb, flower, or vegetable greens grown densely in trays and harvested just after they’ve put on their first true leaves (about 1-3”). These tiny greens are packed with nutrients, color, and flavor, which is why they are popular among fine dining chefs as a garnish. They are easy to grow indoors and can take as little as 7 days or up to 28 days before they are ready to harvest. In this workshop, participants will learn about the optimal growing conditions necessary for producing high-quality microgreens indoors as well as the variety of seeds available and their flavor profiles.
