Mainely Dish Recipe Video: Fajitas
This recipe is officially added to my dinner recipe rotation! A build your own fajita theme meal is great because it can be modified for you and your family’s needs.
- Choose your protein. Do you have people in your family that prefer different protein sources? No problem! Choose beans, chicken, or lean ground meat.
- Choose your vegetables. We recommend bell peppers and onion, but you can switch it up.
- Choose your spices. We added garlic and chili powder, want more heat? Add additional chili powder or top with jalapenos!
- Add your favorite toppings! I love avocado, cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes with some lime juice.
