
Three Ingredient Granola
This Three Ingredient Granola recipe offers a simple yet delicious way to enjoy a nutritious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
- Mix together the oats, sugar, and butter.
- Spread evenly on a baking pan or sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and stir granola halfway through.
- Remove granola from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. The granola will harden and become crisp as it cools.
- Gently stir cooled granola to break it into small pieces.
Storage
- Store leftovers at room temperature in an airtight container and use within 4 days. If there isn't a plan to consume immediately, freeze in a freezer-grade container or bag and used within 3 to 4 months for best quality.
