Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
Brushed with melted butter or oil and sprinkled with a blend of cinnamon and sugar, these baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips offer a crispy snack that satisfies your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 4 8-inch whole wheat tortilla
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter melted, canola oil, or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the tortillas with melted butter or oil, or spray with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle each tortilla lightly with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake until the edges are dry and crispy, 8 to 12 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning. Chips will crisp more as they cool.
- Allow to cool and remove from pan.
Storage
- Store leftovers in an airtight container or bag.
- Use leftovers within 4 days.
