Baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

Brushed with melted butter or oil and sprinkled with a blend of cinnamon and sugar, these baked Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips offer a crispy snack that satisfies your sweet tooth.

Servings 4 8-chip wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 4 8-inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter melted, canola oil, or cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Clean the kitchen area and wash hands with soap and water.
  • Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  • Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the top of the tortillas with melted butter or oil, or spray with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle each tortilla lightly with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Bake until the edges are dry and crispy, 8 to 12 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning. Chips will crisp more as they cool.
  • Allow to cool and remove from pan.

Storage

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container or bag.
  • Use leftovers within 4 days.
