Gluten Free Flour Mix
Ingredients
½ cup brown rice flour
¼ cup tapioca flour
¼ cup soy flour
½ teaspoon Xanthan gum
Directions
- Measure flour and Xanthan gum and place in a small bowl.
- Whisk the mixture until they are extremely well combined.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Substitute in your favorite pancake, cookie, or biscuit recipe.
- Good for 3 months in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.
