Tomatoes Creole
Serves: 4 – 5
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, chopped fine
6 tomatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine oil, green pepper, and onion in a large pan. Cook over low heat until soft.
- Add tomatoes. Cook slowly for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
