October 28, 12:00-1:30 p.m. – Promotion Application Process

Join the EPC for a facilitated discussion about promotion packets! At this meeting you will learn about recent changes to the process (which includes getting your raise on your anniversary rather than July 1 of the fiscal year!), talk to a recent applicant, and hear from past reviewers. This is a time to get your questions answered about the promotion process and talk with others.

Reminder: If applying for promotion this year your letter of intent is due to Hannah Carter, in care of Angela Hart by November 2nd.

November 16, 12:00-1:30 p.m. – Working with Executive Committees

This sharing session will be an opportunity to explore ways to improve relationships and the function of Executive Committees. Bring your questions and ideas about engaging and recruiting members and the roles and expectations of committee members

December 8, 12:00-1:30 pm – Community Outreach – tips & discussion

The EPC is hosting a sharing session to discuss ways to increase community outreach in your county. This will be a time to share success stories and what is working in your county as well as what could be done differently. We will touch on creative ways to raise awareness of programs locally, how to reach diverse populations, and expand the reach of information.
