- Customize icons at top of the screen in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (above the regular menu tabs for File, Home, etc)
- Click on File — Options — Quick Access Toolbar then choose the icons you want from the left and move them to the right-hand box or
- Click the small arrow next to the last icon in that top menu bar and check off the ones you want or choose “more commands” to see the full list.
