Definitions

Learning outcomes: A statement of the change in knowledge, skills, aspirations or other learning that is achieved by participants in a program activity.

Action outcomes: A statement of the change in behavior and practice that is achieved by participants in a program activity.

Condition Outcome: A statement of the change in the social, economic, civic, or environmental status that is, ultimately, to be achieved by participants in a program activity.
