  • When you have a product in your shopping cart and you see the drop down commodity code list, these definitions (PDF) may help you choose the appropriate code. I know, not every purchase fits. Just do the best that you can.
  • You have ordered your product, how do you know if you should receive on it in MaineStreet MarketPlace and when? Check out this flow chart (Word).
  • Here is a sample letter (Word) to request that a vendor set themselves up in the system, don’t forget to request a W-9 Form. Most vendors will already have one filled out and ready when needed.  If not please send them a W-9 Form (PDF) and remind vendors to fax it to 207.581.2698.
