Plants need soil, light, and water to grow, right? Maybe not…
Hydroponics is the science of growing plants in water instead of soil. With a few simple tools and materials you can build your own working hydroponic system for year-round indoor gardening. Join us for this exciting webinar where you’ll learn the fundamentals and benefits of growing herbs and leafy vegetables in a small, homemade, hydroponic system along with instructions on how to build your own.
Instructor: Jonathan Ebba is a Field Specialist with UNH Extension, with a focus on Commercial Horticulture. Prior to joining Extension, he taught horticulture, greenhouse management and crop production as well as managing the ornamental and hydroponic greenhouses at UNH’s Thompson School. He had 15 years’ experience in the greenhouse industry in NH prior to joining UNH.
Registration is required – Participants will receive the Zoom information after registering for this event.
