Mainely Dish Recipe Video: Muesli

If you are anything like me, you may have no idea how to pronounce this recipe, let alone know what it is. To start, muesli is pronounced myoos-lee and it is defined as a breakfast cereal similar to granola, usually consisting of rolled oats and dried fruit. The main difference between muesli and granola is how they are made. Granola is baked and usually has added sweeteners, while muesli can be eaten raw and is sweetened with dried fruits only.

Two suggested ways to prepare muesli are preparing it warm or cold. Preparing it warm has a similar texture to oatmeal, and preparing it cold can be eaten like cereal or granola in yogurt. I loved it prepared in both ways, especially topped with sliced fresh fruit like bananas or berries.
