This recipe is great for anyone with allergies or intolerances as well, it’s gluten-free, egg free, nut free, soy free, and dairy free! The only ingredients to be aware of are oats and chocolate chips, if needed, make sure you are buying gluten-free oats and if you still want to add chocolate chips, be sure to use a dairy free version. If you don’t have to worry about allergies or intolerance then you can make this recipe as is! This is a great way to add additional protein and fiber to a simple and delicious dessert!
