Pork Quality Assurance (PQA) Plus training and Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) training
Who should attend: Both pork and beef producers wanting to improve the quality of their product through humane handling, best management practices, and health of animals.
Description: Participants can expect to learn about low-stress handling techniques, the importance of implementing biosecurity features, health concerns, housing, transportation, improving the quality of their product and welfare of their animals. Those who complete this program will receive Certificates in both Pork Quality Assurance Plus and Beef Quality Assurance.
