“Warden Camp” at Greenland Point will introduce you to many of the skills and responsibilities that are part of being a Maine Game Warden. Throughout the week, you will get to learn from Wardens who will bring their expertise in the many facets of their job. During this fun-filled week, you will get a taste of what it is like to work as a Warden in the state of Maine. Practice skills Wardens learn at the academy, like survival skills, Law enforcement, and search and rescue. As you dive deeper into the life of a warden, you will be introduced to the tools they have to assist them in their daily work. The week will also allow you to get to know a few wardens on a personal level. Through their mentorship, you will be on the path to becoming a warden yourself!
