Family Birding
Finding activities to do while sheltering at home can be as easy as going outside and observing nature, like bird watching. Have you ever had a nap in a hammock or lawn chair and enjoyed the sounds of bird songs? Have you noticed a beautiful bird and wonder what kind of bird it is? In this family birding activity, your family can enjoy an outdoor activity without leaving your home and learn about Maine birds!
We encourage everyone to take some time to get outside and enjoy the natural world. Birding is a great way to do that!
If you capture any images of your birding experience be sure to share them on your social media and use the hashtags #Maine4H and #Inspirekidstodo.
