Making Cranberry Preserves

Join us at the Bridgton Public Library for this hands-on workshop that will help you get started with canning. We’ll cover the basics of food preservation and boiling water bath canning, then we’ll work together to make and can a seasonal cranberry preserve. Each participant will go home with their own jar of preserves. Register for this free program through the Bridgton Public Library.
