Egg salad is a classic, loved for its simplicity and versatility. In this Egg Salad with Greek Yogurt recipe we made a slight change for a healthier twist. By substituting mayo with Greek yogurt the calorie and fat content is decreased and there is a boost of protein. Greek yogurt also adds a creamy texture and provides a slight tanginess. If you love mayo you can keep the mayo and add a small amount of yogurt to try something new! Enjoy this egg salad recipe in a sandwich, a dip with pita or crackers, or on its own. My favorite way to eat it is with pita bread, a side of vegetables, fruit, and chips.
