University of Maine Cooperative Extension’s Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) works closely with community partners to deliver free food and nutrition education classes across the state of Maine.
What can EFNEP do for your community group?
Our program delivers a sequential series of four or more classes that can include recipes, choosing healthy foods, smart food shopping, food safety, and healthy activities.
We can provide individual or group classes in-person, virtual, or a combination of both depending on the location and what works best for your community.
