Staff Development Funds
Please review Section 3.4 of the Policies & Procedures Manual for guidance on the use of staff development funds.
Maximum fiscal year allotment is $300 for hourly staff and $500 for professional staff and faculty; these amounts are pro-rated for regular (ongoing, base-funded) part-time employees in each employee group. Balances do not carry over from year to year. Staff who are 50% base funded, or more, may access SD funding at the percentage of their base funding. If your position is soft-money funded, please reach out to your supervisor for the resources available to you. If no resources are available, please reach out to Beth to explore options.
