- Public Speaking: One 4-H member speaks for 7-9 minutes.
- Individual Demonstration: One 4-H member speaks for 9-12 minutes while giving a demonstration or illustrated talk.
- Team Demonstration: Two 4-H’ers talk for 10-15 minutes while giving a demonstration or illustrated talk.
