Mainely Dish Recipe Video: Cucumber Canoes

This snack was honestly an unexpected delicious combination for me. As a vegetarian, finding a variety of different protein sources I enjoy is sometimes difficult. I love having snacks throughout the day and I try to eat snacks that are higher in protein and fiber so I can feel full for a longer period of time. This simple snack provides 2 grams of fiber and 11 grams of protein in one serving (2 canoes)! 

There are only three basic ingredients in this quick and easy snack: cucumbers, cottage cheese, and extra veggies. The additional ingredient I decided to add was everything bagel seasoning, this secret ingredient made all the difference for me. Everything bagel seasoning is a simple combination of poppy seeds, toasted sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and a little bit of salt.
