Mainely Dish: Red Potato Wedges

This five ingredient recipe is easy, delicious, and turns out perfectly crispy from the quick 20 minute baking time. The great thing about this recipe is that there is minimal prep work. Once you rinse the potatoes under cool running water, keep the skin on the potatoes, and then cut them into wedges or cubes like home fries.
