Scholarships

PLEASE NOTE: In order to allow us to offer scholarships to as many families as possible, we ask that campers take advantage of only one scholarship at a time. Thank you for your understanding.  Please note all of our scholarships are given out as first come, first served.

Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife Conservation Education Scholarship 

(Please register and let us know if you wish to receive a scholarship and we will add you to our waiting list for Scholarships for summer 2023) Scholarship notifications typically come mid to late April.  Details of the scholarship are below.

(Moose Permit Auction Funds) awards have changed. Funding is made available through money raised by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife’s annual moose permit auction. These scholarships are for Maine residents only, and are all one-time use only and first come, first served.  No application is necessary! Simply ask for the IF&W Scholarship on the camp registration form, or write in your preference for any of the other scholarships available. If registering online please notate your desire to receive a scholarship in the comment section of your registration.

Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife conservation education scholarships may now be used for any of the following programs:

$400.00 Scholarship will be awarded toward the following program:

$300.00 Scholarship: (A limited quantity, will be awarded toward the following program):

 

Mahoosuc Region Youth Scholarship (2023 confirmed)
Participants who reside in Oxford or Franklin County are eligible for the Mahoosuc Region Youth Scholarship.  This scholarship is available for overnight camps at $250.00 each for the program of your choice. This scholarship is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Bryant Pond 4-H Shooting Sports Scholarship 
These scholarships are available to all youths in the amount of $200.00.  Given out on a first come first served.  And can be applied toward the following programs.

 

Sgt. Joel A. House Summer Camp Scholarship Fund: Application period: Open until May 15th, 2023, available for Maine School-aged children.
